Notice about your data
  • Who keeps them: Zuhuan Software S.A.S. (tax ID in process), Camilo Ponce Enríquez, Azuay, Ecuador. Contact: [email protected].
  • What we keep: only what you choose to give us (email, WhatsApp, country and how many businesses you run), the page language and the date. To stop abuse we also keep, for one hour, an encrypted fingerprint of your connection.
  • What for: to let you know, by email or WhatsApp, when Alfolia is in the stores. Your country and number of businesses help us prepare the launch. We don’t use them for anything else, sell them or share them.
  • Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box, under Ecuador’s Personal Data Protection Law. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Where: in a private Cloudflare database in the United States, which works for us. If we notify you by WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta).
  • How long: until we tell you about the launch and, at most, 12 months from when you signed up. Then they are deleted automatically.
  • Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with Ecuador’s Superintendency of Personal Data Protection. More details in the privacy policy.
