From your notebooks to one app, in five steps.
Alfolia organizes your businesses the way they are in real life: in your name or in companies, with their people, their money and their output.
-
You create your entities
An entity is whoever holds the tax ID (RUC) and the money: you or each company you take part in. For each company you record your percentage.
- In your name, with your tax ID
- Your company, 100% yours
- A company you run with partners
- A company where you are only a shareholder
-
Inside, their businesses
Each entity has its businesses, whatever they are. You give them their name, color, products, units and activities; Alfolia suggests the most common ones.
If a business sells by weight or quantity, output and weighing turn on; if it has animals, their inventory; if it has premises, their rentals. Each one carries only what it needs.
-
You add your team
Each person signs in from their phone with a code and their PIN, and sees and records only what their role allows.
- Administrator
- Second administrator
- Office manager
- Crew leader
- Worker
- Partner or accountant, read-only
-
Everyone records, each their own part
Income, expenses with a photo of the receipt, collections, payments, transfers, each crew’s daily report, weighings and SRI tax documents. Offline too: it is sent automatically when the connection is back.
Every income and every expense says which business it belongs to, or whether it is shared (electricity, the guard, the accountant), and Alfolia splits it with the rule you choose: in equal parts, by percentages or by days worked.
-
You see it all, clearly
In Today, each entity’s result for the month, its health and what is pending. In Businesses, each one with its result, its margin and its traffic light. And reports for any period you choose, in PDF and Excel.
Every dollar belongs to one business.
That is how Alfolia knows how much each business really makes, and which one is carrying which.
- Cash boxes belong to the entityCash and bank belong to the entity; a cash box can also belong to a single business.
- If money moves to another entity, it is written downAs a loan or as a contribution. And what you take out or put in is recorded as an owner’s withdrawal or contribution, not as a business’s expense or income.
- One person, one accountIf someone works in two businesses, each day they say which one; what they are owed is a single amount, paid once.

What each business needs.
All of them come with cash, transactions, people, collections and debts. On top of that, these turn on depending on the business:
Output and weighing
What is produced each day by crew and by area, lots and processes, weighing in batches with a photo, the sale with its moisture discount and what is lost between your scale and the buyer’s.
Animals
Each animal with its record and its events: vaccines, births, sales by weight.
Inventory
Supplies and goods: in, out, balance, cost and minimum.
Rentals
Your properties, who rents them, each month’s collection and late payments.
Investments
Contributions, returns and partners; and what the companies where you are only a shareholder report to you, loaded with an Excel template.
SRI tax documents
Each phone issues from its own emission point, so it can invoice even with no signal. Ecuador only.
Clear wages, even when you pay once there is money.
Each day worked is recorded in the business where the work was done. What each person is owed adds up, and is paid when possible, in cash or by bank.
- With or without social security (IESS)The agreed amount, or the registered wage with what the law requires and the difference shown separately, with no confusion.
- The daily reportEach crew leader records who came, where they worked and what they did.
- One receipt per paymentWith what was earned in each business, printed or as a PDF.
