Yes. Each person signs in from their phone with a code and their PIN (or their fingerprint or face), and sees and records only what their role allows: administrator, manager, crew leader, worker, or a partner or accountant with read-only access.

No. Every record shows who made it, when and from which phone. Within the first 24 hours it can be corrected or voided with a reason; after that, only by the administrator. Nothing is deleted: it stays in the history.

Each day worked is recorded in the business where the work was done. What each person is owed adds up and is paid when there is money, with a receipt. It works with social security (IESS), with the registered wage and the difference shown separately, and without it.

Yes, for up to 7 days. What you record is saved on the phone and sent automatically when the connection is back.

For 7 years, in three places: encrypted on our server, on the administrator’s phone and in your own cloud (iCloud or Google Drive). The SRI also keeps the authorized ones.

Your company stays read-only for 90 days: you see and download everything. After that, your businesses’ data is deleted. SRI documents already issued are kept for the 7 years.

From your account settings on the App Store or Google Play, at least 24 hours before the period ends.

If you are the administrator, first download whatever you want to keep. Then request deletion from the app or by writing to [email protected] from the email you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply to confirm it’s you, and delete it within 30 days at most. Also cancel the subscription in your store.

If your account was created by your employer, ask their administrator to remove your access; if they don’t reply, write to us.
