The yearly plan is 12 months for the price of 10, in every bundle. If you add phones mid-month, the store charges only the difference.
What you can do without paying.
Try it with no commitment, and if you ever stop paying, your data doesn’t vanish overnight.
The first 7 days
- You use all of Alfolia, on the owner’s phone.
- If you don’t cancel before then, the subscription starts on day 8.
- To add more phones you choose a bundle, which is paid from day one.
- SRI invoicing is not part of the trial: it is paid only.
If you stop paying
- Your company stays read-only for 90 days: you see and download everything, but can’t record anything new.
- We email you before the 90 days are up.
- After 90 days, your businesses’ data is deleted.
- SRI documents already issued are kept for the 7 years and you can always download them.
“Download all my documents” is always available, even without paying: your data in Excel and PDF, and your SRI documents with their XML and PDF.
Questions about pricing
What is an “activated phone”?
Each phone where someone in your company uses Alfolia. If your accountant or your son uses several of your businesses, it is a single phone. Only if that person also works for another owner does that other owner pay for their phone in their own company.
Why is SRI invoicing paid separately?
Because not everyone needs it, and because keeping your documents for 7 years, as the law requires, has a cost we pay in advance. That way, those who don’t invoice don’t pay for it.
I have two companies. Do I pay for invoicing twice?
Yes: it is one subscription for each tax ID that issues documents, with unlimited documents in each.
What if I cancel invoicing?
You stop issuing new documents, but the ones you already issued stay stored and downloadable for the 7 years.
How do I pay?
With your App Store or Google Play account, like any app. The store shows you the price in your currency before you pay; the subscription renews automatically and you can cancel it anytime from the store.
